Yoga Teacher's Training Program

A 5-month transformative course for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners led by Mukesh Kothari

The community of yoga practitioners has matured, and they demand more in-depth knowledge of yoga from their teachers. Students and studios are demanding more from their yoga teachers. It is a Journey into the heart of yoga.

This Yoga Alliance® 300-hour certification course will provide you with the skills necessary to meet these new challenges and will give you more broad knowledge and tools to instruct inspiring classes, workshops, and courses while elevating your development. 

Bindusar Yoga® 300-hour yoga course is for those students/teachers who have already completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance®  approved certification program and want to take their education to the next level. The program consists of 30 days of intensive yoga teacher training or 7 months long weekend format that provides the transformational instructional hours required for Yoga Alliance® RYT 500® Certification.  

However, this course is also open to anyone with a strong foundation of yogic practice and a desire to immerse themselves into in a richly authentic, full-bodied experience of yoga and direct its benefits towards positive, momentous change.

The 300-hour training will help you to deepen your knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda into a higher dimension. The weekend format is expanded to 5 - 8 monthly study periods, so students get enough time to apply these advanced concepts of yoga into practice. This course will also help you take an internal inquiry to define the base for a good yoga teacher and a greater self-understanding of your training and teachings.

Mukesh Kothari and the team will artfully present selected course content that combines the traditional teachings of yogic sages and the modern scientific perspectives of neuroscience, psychology, physiology, and anatomy to create an unparalleled experience of personal understanding and development.

The course presents an in-depth study of Advance level Asana (posture), Advanced Pranayama (breathing practices), Advanced Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Detailed Anatomy, Prana and the Energetic Body, Advanced Sequencing and Adjustments, Yoga therapy, Designing a 3-hour workshop, etc.  

Yoga Alliance® RYT 500

This 300-hour course is advanced; most students will have completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course. If you are an advanced student looking to deepen your practice, you can participate in a 300-hour program without completing a 200-hour course. However, according to Yoga Alliance® standards, you cannot register as an RYT 500®. The RYT 500® certification requires first doing a 200-hour yoga teacher training course and an additional 300-hour yoga teacher training course.

Meet Your Teacher

Mukesh Kothari

is a spiritual counselor for some and yoga guru to others. He was introduced to yoga at an early age due to the surrounding of his native village in Rishikesh (The yoga capital of the world" a town in the Himalayas). Later, the quest to understand it in depth took him to many Himalayan gurus and yoga school. 

He has been teaching yoga since 2003, immediately after finishing his formal education in Yoga and Ayurveda. His teaching includes the style of Hatha yoga and inspired modern styles such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa, and self-created Bindusar yoga system. 

His teachings also include the study of classical texts like Patanjali Yoga Sutra, Hatha yoga texts such as Hatha yoga pradipika, Gherand Samhita, Hatha ratnavali, where the complete approach of asanas, pranayama, meditation, and Vedanta emerges. 

He has regularly been teaching in India and West since last 15 years, where he has gained the competency to explain the old tradition of Vedic yoga and Ayurveda knowledge to western students easily.  

He was introduced to  Ayurvedic lifestyle since from his childhood due to family and social environment, as his father is a doctor in an Ayurvedic system. He started learning yoga concepts at an early age under the guidance of Swami Hanumant Giri.

Mukesh Kothari has a high influence of yoga and spirituality during his school education of 14 years at the school of Honorable Swami Omkarananada Saraswati (www.omkarananda-ashram.org).

He is actively teaching around the world with his courses and Yoga teachers training 200 and 300 hours and set up his stable teachings along with a very dedicated team in European cities such as Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Moscow, Bratislava, London, Moscow, Sardinia, Cluj, and Bucharest. He has trained over 600 Yoga teachers in European continent since 2012. 

He is the founder of BinduSar Yoga Rishikesh and Yoga studio in Budapest, where more advanced courses and teacher development programs are conducted regularly.

Ziua 1: Introducere în Yoga și principiile de bază

    • De unde vine Yoga?

        ◦ Istoria și originile Yoga: tradiții străvechi și influențe moderne.

        ◦ Prezentarea celor opt ramuri ale Yoga conform tradiției lui Patanjali.

    • De ce începem cu Hatha Yoga?

        ◦ Rolul Hatha Yoga în pregătirea corpului și minții.

        ◦ Diferențele dintre Hatha Yoga și alte ramuri.

    • Ce înseamnă asane?

        ◦ Conceptul de asane ca poziții fizice pentru stabilitate și confort.

        ◦ Beneficiile fizice și mentale ale practicării asanelor.

Practică:

    • Introducere în posturi de bază (ex: Tadasana, Balasana, Sukhasana).

    • Durata menținerii posturilor: 30 de secunde - 1 minut, ajustată pentru confort.

Ziua 2: Importanța respirației în Yoga

    • De ce este importantă respirația?

        ◦ Rolul respirației conștiente în reducerea stresului și creșterea energiei.

        ◦ Cum influențează respirația starea mentală și fizică.

    • Ce sunt bandhele și mudrele?

        ◦ Definiții și scopuri:

            ▪️ Bandhe: blocaje energetice pentru controlul fluxului de energie (ex: Jalandhara Bandha).

            ▪️ Mudre: gesturi simbolice pentru îmbunătățirea concentrării și conectării interioare.

Practică:

    • Exerciții de respirație de bază (Pranayama):

        ◦ Respirația abdominală și respirația alternativă (Nadi Shodhana).

    • Practica unei mudre simple pentru concentrare.

    . Folosirea curelelor si blocurilor in posturi

14 Decembrie

Ziua 3: Conexiunea minte-corp prin respirație și posturi

    • Cum conectăm respirația cu mintea și corpul prin posturi?

        ◦ Integrarea mișcării cu respirația: fluxul dintre posturi (ex: Salutul Soarelui - Surya Namaskar).

        ◦ Importanța prezenței și conștientizării în timpul practicii.

    • Invatam sa ne simtim limitele si sa le depasim.

        ◦ Cum să ne marim treptat timpul in posturi.

        ◦ Sfaturi pentru menținerea motivației de a continua.

Practică:

    • Secvență scurtă de Hatha Yoga pentru începători, integrând respirația conștientă cu mișcările.

    • Relaxare finală (Savasana) pentru a încheia practica cu liniște și calm.

Detalii organizatorice

    • Durata: 3 zile de sâmbătă (90min/zi).

    • Format: Teorie + practică (proporție 30% teorie, 70% practică).

    • Nivel: Începători.

    • Materiale necesare: Saltea de Yoga este in studio ca si alte instrumente ajutatoare, haine confortabile, prosop, apă.

Acest curs va oferi nu doar o introducere esențială în Yoga, ci și un punct de pornire pentru o călătorie personală către echilibru și bunăstare.
